All students must fill out an Application for Graduation in
order to receive their degree, diploma, or certificate. Degree
information will not be posted to transcripts and a diploma will
not be ordered if you fail to do so.

only in May of each year, please read the following

The Records Office will review your Application for Graduation
once all grades have been finalized for the semester. Diplomas
are mailed out approximately 8-10 weeks after verification of
graduation by the Records Office.
If a student does not meet graduation requirements, written
notification will be sent stating what requirements are
missing.
