One $1000 scholarship will be awarded to a student who meets these minimum qualifications. They must by a child or grandchild of a city employee or elected city official, 17-22 years old and a registered full time student in an accredited ND university, college or vocational/technical certification program.
All applications must be postmarked no later than Friday, March 12th.
