Proctoring Information for UND Students

Bismarck State College, working in collaboration with the University of North Dakota, provides proctoring services free of charge to University of North Dakota students living in Bismarck and the surrounding areas.

Proctor contact information needed for completing the online UND Proctor Designation Form is found below. The Proctor Designation Form should be completed at least 7 business days prior to the exam. The student must contact the proctor at least two days before the exam to schedule an appointment to take the exam. The student is required to present a UND Student ID or a valid government issued photo ID upon check in for the exam. The Bismarck State College Testing Services Office is located in Schafer Hall, 1500 Edwards Ave., Rm. 205.

September - May:

Monday - 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Tuesday - 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Evening testing may be available upon request, with advanced notice.)

Wednesday - 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Thursday - 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Evening testing may be available upon request, with advanced notice.)

Friday - 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Saturday - 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month; 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Available upon request, with advanced notice.)

The Testing and Assessment Office will do its best to meet the scheduling needs of the examinee, but the final date and time decisions will be based on the Testing and Assessment Staff's availability.
