- Exams are administered by appointment only.
- Photo ID is required.
- All cell phones and electronic devices MUST be turned off during testing.
- No food or beverages are allowed in the testing room.
- Children are not permitted in the testing room.
- Books, backpacks, and other materials must be placed away from testing areas.
- Only items designated by the instructor or Testing Coordinator may be used on exam.

- Unless specified by instructor, exam must be completed in one sitting.
- Talking with other test takers is prohibited during testing.
- Suspected incidents of cheating, such as copying from another student, possessing or using materials when not authorized, or the sharing of testing information, are subject to disciplinary action.
- All testing materials and scratch paper must be turned in to the Testing Coordinator upon completion of exam.
- All make up exams will be graded by the classroom instructor.
- Students needing special testing accommodations may speak with Marlene Swenson-Seaworth in the Disability Services Office, Schafer Hall, Room 111B.
