Proceed with Action Plan
Once the Action Plan is completed, it will go again to the implementation committee for final approval. If approval is given, the team can begin implementation of the idea. In some instances Executive Council will need to approve the implementation of a Wild Endeavor. EC approval is needed if:- The proposed Wild Endeavor (WE) requires a new position or substantially changes the job description of a current employee.
- The proposed WE costs more than $20,000 to implement or creates ongoing budgetary expenditure
- The proposed WE changes or makes an addition to policy
Funds provided for implementation are a one-time payment, if the idea requires ongoing expenditure sit will need to be incorporated into a department's budget.
