At BSC, employees are empowered to make recommendations and create processes that positively impact their work and their day-to-day interaction with students, customers and other stakeholders to reach our vision of being a national model for innovation education and workforce training. Employees are encouraged to identify problems they see on campus and develop efficient and or unique ways to solve those problems. If money is needed to implement the solution employees can apply for funding through a program called Wild Endeavors (WE) which exists to ensure that creative and innovative ideas can be implemented across campus.
