Innovation is an obligation at BSC, but fortunately, like leadership, innovation can be learned. The Office of Innovation makes it easy, supporting activities and providing offerings that fulfill both your professional development requirements and your annual goals.
Activities
• Work collaboratively to simplify processes in place or suggest new approaches
• Help improve productivity
• Suggest new programs or ways of learning
• Spread the word.
o Let your peers know how innovation is alive at BSC, and encourage them to engage in the process.
o Tell the Office of Innovation about your innovative experiments and we'll share your story.
