SELF SERVICE

Employees may view and edit their own employee records online in the Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
The Self Service module includes: - Personal Information (name, address, etc. information for regular and temporary employees)
- Benefits (benefits information for regular and temporary employees)
- Payroll and Compensation (Payroll information for all employees including student employees)
- Data Privacy
To access Self Service:
Click: Self Service Payroll Login
If you are already logged into Campus Solutions go to the navigation link in the Menu titled HRMS Self Service and click on that link. Enter your NDUS User ID and Password. After entering this information, you will be in the HRMS system and will be able to navigate to your payroll information.
To protect your privacy, refrain from sharing your User ID and Password.

Please Note: Employees who work for both Higher Education and State Government will access their Higher Ed records using their Higher Ed User ID and password. You will use your State Government User ID and password to access your State Government records.
