KEY REQUEST FORM

Most buildings can be accessed by key after business hours, though some are locked and are alarmed after posted hours.

It is essential that staff, faculty and students cooperate to keep the facilities locked (do not prop open doors or leave doors unlocked after hours) and to ensure that unauthorized individuals do not enter campus buildings.

To request a key, your supervisor or chair needs to fill out the Key Request Form and send to the Buildings and Grounds office.
