TECHNICAL SERVICES
The Technical Services Department is committed to cataloging and making materials available for use as quickly as possible. The BSC Library uses the Library of Congress (LC) classification system.
Objectives
The main objectives of Technical Services are threefold:
- Catalog and process new library materials efficiently;
- Oversee library systems, including the ODIN library catalog and the Library's online resources;
- Ensure the integrity of bibliographic records and the accuracy of information about BSC Library holdings through catalog management functions.
