PROCTORING INFORMATION FOR UND STUDENTS

Bismarck State College, working in collaboration with the University of North Dakota, provides proctoring services free of charge to University of North Dakota students living in Bismarck and the surrounding areas.
It is the student's responsiblity to be aware of if their exam requires a self-addressed stamped envelope for the particular test they are taking (this is stated on the student's Blackboard).
Proctor contact information needed for completing the online UND Proctor Designation Form is on the student Blackboard. The Proctor Designation Form should be completed at least 7 business days prior to the exam. The student should contact the proctor at preferrably two days before the exam to schedule an appointment to take the exam. The student is required to present a UND Student ID or a valid government issued photo ID upon check in for the exam. The Bismarck State College Testing Services Office is located in Schafer Hall, 1500 Edwards Ave., Rm. 205.

Testing Hours for the Summer (May 13 through August 9):
• Monday - 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. • Tuesday - 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. • Wednesday - 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. • Thursday - 8:00 a.m. -4:00 p.m. • Friday - 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
*After 4:00 p.m. appointments available Monday's and Thursday's by appointment only.
* *All appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Proctoring is not available on holidays or weekends. The Testing Office will do its best to meet the scheduling needs of the examinee, but the final date and time decisions will be based on the Testing Staff's availability.
