Academic Records
The Academic Records Office can assist you with questions about registration, transfer credit, transcripts, grades, graduation, diplomas and academic policies.

Academic Advising
Academic advisors are available to:
- Assist you in making academic and career choices
- Ensure you meet graduation requirements
- Assist you with the registration process
- Refer you to campus resources when assistance is needed
Visiting with your assigned faculty advisor is an important part of ensuring that you will meet graduation requirements in a timely manner. Additional advising resources are also available in the MACC (Mystic Advising, and Counseling Center).

Financial Aid
Student Financial Aid is designed to assist students who, without such aid, would be unable to attend college. There are various types of aid available through federal and state programs and through Bismarck State College.
Refer to the Financial Aid homepage for assistance with the process of completing your aid application. It can also assist you with answering your questions and providing additional information you may need to know regarding financial aid rules and regulations.

Student Finance
The BSC Student Finance Office can assist students with tuition and fee related processes and questions including: assisting students with questions about their accounts, providing information on all charges and payments applied to student accounts, and the processing student payments and refunds.
