Put On Your Thinking Hats!
This presentation takes a look at Edward deBono's "thinking
hats" technique to involve every member of your group or
committee to look at all aspects of a problem or situation in a
more creative and productive way. It is an easy concept to learn
and understand and, if time permits, audience involvement (an
easy thing to do if they are sitting at tables of 6 or 8) with a
"fun" situation that they would need to "solve". This is a good
"ice-breaker" to get people visiting with each other. (1 hour to
80 minutes with audience interaction; 40-55 minutes without
audience interaction)
