| NDOSH Consultation Process |

A comprehensive consultation will include:
- an appraisal of all mechanical and environmental hazards and physical work practices. - an appraisal of the current job safety and health program or the establishment of one if needed. - a conference with management on the findings of the consultation. - a written report of recommendations and agreements. - training of employees and assistance with implementation of the plan as agreed upon. - a follow-up visit may be conducted to verify that agreed upon changes have been successfully completed.
In addition, the consultant may perform air sampling, determine noise levels or provide formal training on OSHA standards as requested by the employer.
