Innovation is a component all successful businesses need to stay ahead of the competition. Fortunately, innovation can be learned. Bismarck State College's Office of Innovation makes it easy, supporting activities and providing offerings that fulfill both individual professional development goals and strategic business goals.
Examples of activities:
• Work collaboratively to simplify processes in place or suggest new approaches.
• Help improve productivity.
• Suggest new programs or ways of learning.
