CONFERENCE COST
The cost to attend EGC 2010 is $30 per day. This includes materials, breaks, lunch, and the Exhibitor
Showcase Social on Tuesday and Casino Night on Wednesday evening.
EXHIBITOR SHOWCASE SOCIAL/CASINO NIGHT
Be sure to join us for the Exhibitor Showcase Social on Tuesday, January 26, 2010, from 4:30 to
6:00 pm. Then, get ready to “wheel-and-deal” the evening away at the popular EGC Casino Night
held at the Best Western Ramkota Hotel from 7:30 to 11:00 pm on Wednesday. Great door prizes and
horsd’oeuvres make Casino Night a "must attend!"
REGISTRATION DEADLINE
The deadline for registration is Friday, January 15, 2010. Registration forms received after this date will
be charged a late fee of $10 per person.
EGC AWARDS and RECOGNITION BANQUET
It's time to relax! Join EGC participants, presenters and vendors for a night of good food, refreshments
and fun. You’ll be treated to a superb dinner that includes the Best Western Ramkota Hotel's "famous
popovers," while enjoying musical entertainment by The Strolling Strings, followed by the awards
ceremony. The social begins at 5:30 pm with dinner served at 6:00 pm on Thursday, January 28.
You may even walk away the winner of the "Cluck Award!"

During conference hours, limited shuttle service is provided to and from the Civic Center. Each hotel
provides on-going shuttle service to and from the airport. Allow 15 minutes of travel time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
There will be a $25 per person processing fee for cancellations received prior to January 15, 2010.
Cancellations after this date or during the conference are charged the full conference price. If
necessary, substitutions or name changes can be accommodated.
