Registration Fee: $25, which includes light breakfast, lunch and two
snack breaks. PAYMENT MUST ACCOMPANY REGISTRATION FORM.
Deadline: Friday, July 24, 2009. Register early to ensure your spot!
Confirmations: Your letter of confirmation will be e-mailed to you after
your registration is processed.
Cancellation Policy: Registration fees are nonrefundable.

Accommodations: Call the Radisson Inn at 701.255.6000 to make your
room reservations. Specify room rates for the Crisis Communication
Conference being put on by the North Dakota Department of Health.
These rooms will be released after Sunday, July 26.
Special Needs: If you have special needs such as dietary requirements,
please call BSC or send a written explanation with your registration form.
