The average time to complete eGreen Belt training is 12 weeks, although each student has access to the web-based system for an entire year from the start of training.

They are the key leaders who act as change agents by selecting and defining projects, mentoring Black Belts, and ensuring Six Sigma is aligned with the organization's strategic goals. eChampion consists of 12 online modules - each approximately an hour long. The first six modules provide a comprehensive overview of Six Sigma, the DMAIC methodology and key organizational roles. The next six modules provide detailed instructions on the techniques and tools Champions require to properly identify, prioritize, define, scope and hand-off Six Sigma projects. Participants also have the opportunity to test their knowledge by taking quizzes.
