eYellow Belt $750 16 hours

Yellow Belts are individuals that typically work on a multitude of tasks in a Six Sigma support role. They actively participate in projects by assisting with data collection, problem solving tasks, tool application and reporting functions. But most importantly, Yellow Belts extend the reach of Six Sigma inside an organization. BMG's eYellow Belt program consists of 16 hours of course material, including a comprehensive overview of Six Sigma concepts, the DMAIC methodology and related analytical tools. Students can review material at their own pace and schedule. Each course lasts approximately one hour and concepts are explained in a simple to comprehend format.

eGreen Belt $2150 100 hours

eGreen Belt Green Belts are widely recognized for their ability to help drive process improvements and often play a key role in accelerating the adoption of Six Sigma practices within an organization. BMG's rigorous eGreen Belt certification program fully prepares students for this vital and challenging role. BMG's eGreen Belt provides a detailed overview of Six Sigma, the DMAIC methodology and related tools. Students will learn how to use data to drive problem solving and process improvements within an organization. Supported by a BMG Master Black Belt instructor, students achieve a thorough understanding of Six Sigma concepts and analytical tools; learning how to apply them to projects and processes. This web-based training program involves approximately 100 hours of study consisting of multimedia lectures, homework, quizzes, threaded discussions, project work and exams. The average time to complete eGreen Belt training is 12 weeks, although each student has access to the web-based system for an entire year from the start of training.

eBlack Belt $4950 180 hours

BMG's eBlack Belt certification course is the most comprehensive and rigorous program available today. This intensive program provides students with the skills and tools they need to be successful Black Belts. BMG's eBlack Belt provides a detailed overview of Six Sigma, the DMAIC methodology and related tools. Students will learn to apply a data driven problem-solving methodology for the purpose of improving critical processes within an organization. Supported by a BMG Master Black Belt instructor, students achieve process management expertise; learning to apply Six Sigma concepts and tools to projects and processes. This web-based training program involves approximately 180 hours of study consisting of multimedia lectures, homework, quizzes, threaded discussions, project work and exams. The average time to complete eBlack Belt training is 20 weeks, although each student has access to the web-based system for an entire year from the start of training.

eChampion $995 14 hours

Champions pave the way for Six Sigma's success within an organization. They are the key leaders who act as change agents by selecting and defining projects, mentoring Black Belts, and ensuring Six Sigma is aligned with the organization's strategic goals. eChampion consists of 12 online modules - each approximately an hour long. The first six modules provide a comprehensive overview of Six Sigma, the DMAIC methodology and key organizational roles. The next six modules provide detailed instructions on the techniques and tools Champions require to properly identify, prioritize, define, scope and hand-off Six Sigma projects. Participants also have the opportunity to test their knowledge by taking quizzes.
