PHASE V: GOALS CONFERENCE | FEBRUARY 2012
In the final phase of the planning process, the task force and others meet in a goals conference to draft goals for each strategic theme. The concept papers and other relevant information gleaned in the planning process will inform the participants in this effort. The drafts of the strategic goals and action plans are reviewed by the Executive Council and the campus community, and the task force will use the resulting feedback to and finalize the goals and action plans. The primary purpose of the goals conference is to create a broad implementation plan.
