ABOUT THE PROCESS


The guide for Bismarck State College's strategic planning process will be Patrick Sanaghan's Collaborative Strategic Planning in Higher Education. Patrick Sanaghan, Ed. D., is the president of The Sanaghan Group, an organizational consulting firm that specializes in strategic planning, leadership development, executive team building, meeting facilitation, and leadership transitions. Sanaghan has shared his expertise on strategic planning, leadership development and facilitation techniques with more than 100 colleges and universities during the past 25 years.

Sanaghan's five-phase process engages the College's stakeholders in creating a shared future vision for the institution.
